Four informational tools

Health Calculators & Utilities

Reflect on your routines with simple estimates. Results are informational and are not medical measurements.

Circadian Routine Evaluator

Score how aligned your wake time, bedtime, and light habits are. This is a simplified habit reflection, not a clinical circadian assessment.

Daily Macro Split

Convert a calorie target into approximate grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Macro needs vary by individual, and this tool gives no personalized dietary or medical advice.

Metabolic Energy Score

A non-diagnostic lifestyle reflection on routine, movement, sleep regularity, and recovery. It does not measure metabolism or metabolic rate.

How to Interpret Your Results

What scores represent
Each score is the share of the maximum points you picked, scaled to 100. Higher means you reported more regular habits.
Assumptions
All answers count equally. Macro grams use 4, 4, and 9 kcal per gram for protein, carbohydrate, and fat.
Why results are estimates
Self-reported answers are subjective, and a short form cannot capture your full routine.
What the tools cannot measure
They cannot assess disease, nutrient status, metabolism, sleep disorders, or medical risk.
When to seek professional guidance
Talk with a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian about ongoing sleep trouble, unexplained fatigue, medical conditions, or before changing your diet or activity in significant ways.
